A leading Australian hardware company is seeking a passionate, sales driven and expert Retail Store Manager.



With stores across NSW and VIC, our client is a one stop shop for all building, machinery and tool supplies, with an extensive product range covering cordless and power tools, safety equipment, welding equipment and more from leading brands.



With this in mind, they are looking for someone with a passion for hardware and hands on home improvement, and a background in retail would be highly regarded, with trade exposure even more so. As the Retail manager, you will be able to build strong relationships within the business and bring a strong sense of enthusiasm to the job.



You will be responsible for managing a team 6 in store, and an on the road sales representative. You are confident, outgoing and have a proven record in hitting sales targets and KPIs, whilst motivating and encouraging your team. Your performance management and team management style will be extremely important in this role, as a great behavioural fit is essential to working well within the business.
