Due to the unforeseen weather events happening across Sydney currently, a number of our clients are in the market for experience Claims Officers to assist with lodging and assessing of general insurance claims.

As a Claims Officer you could be placed within the Claims Handling / Lodgement Team or the Assessing team. Key accountabilities include documenting the details of the claim, speaking with claimants, analysing policy wording, determining cover and payment of the claim.

To be considered for this role, you will have an insurance background - ideally within general / domestic insurance. You will have sound communication skills and be able to commence immediately.
