Hays Project Services is currently seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract with a public sector organisation.



With a Business Process Programme of work underway, a Senior Project Coordinator is required to support two Project Managers that are currently running the 6 projects involved in the programme. You will be required to coordinate the effective allocation and scheduling of portfolio resources to projects, maintain the project pipeline and help to maximise effectiveness and efficiency as well as effective and timely maintenance of project resource,. Risks, issues, constraints, dependencies and finance registers and logs.



The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who enjoys being a key resource within a team and is confident in their ability manage stakeholder engagement and communicate effectively with people across all levels of the organisation. You will need to be proactive with your approach and highly experienced with project coordination across multiple projects.
