We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join one of the Coasts premium developer builders on a new project based in the Sunshine Coast. Known for delivering some of the coasts high profile Office and Residential developments they have enjoyed a lot of success recently including breaking into the industrial sector. With numerous projects spread throughout the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane they have an enviable portfolio of projects and can genuinely offer a long-term stable permanent role.
To be successful in securing this role you must have prior experience delivering multilevel $10M+ projects. While aboveground car park project experience will be highly regarded. A leaning towards Industrial projects is also preferred while strong computer skills are essential; day to day diaries will be maintained via iPad and iPhone. Only candidates based in a commutable distance from the southern end of the Sunshine Coast will be considered. It is also paramount that you have a BSA Site Supervisors licence.
Reporting to the project manager you will have the full the site management responsibilities for a 7 storey car park, involving in-situ concrete, columns and suspended slabs. Coordinating sub-contractors, material deliveries, short term programming and driving the project to completion on time and to budget, will all play a part in this role.
