Our client is a leading Australian bank with a reputation for providing innovative products and outstanding customer service. In order for them to continue to provide award winning service, they are seeking several Customer Service Officers to join their inbound contact centre in Rhodes.



This is an ideal position for experienced contact centre specialists who enjoy working in a fun and casual environment, are willing to go above and beyond to provide a superior customer service and want to be rewarded for their hard work.



We are currently seeking several Customer Service Officers to assist their retail banking customer base. This is a varied role where you will be assisting with phone calls mainly relating to credit card enquiries, and also with general everyday banking queries.



Eligible candidates will have strong communication skills, an enthusiasm for customer service and solid experience in dealing with customers.



Start date on 25th May.
