Sales Coordinator

The primary purpose of the role is to enable Hays Talent Solutions (HTS) to secure new business deals within Hays target organisations. This includes both Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provision (MSP) as well as smaller or project based modular services. The Sales Coordinator will provide critical support to the Sales function in the delivery of sector specific strategic sales initiative(s), proposals and business cases.
You will be responsible for supporting the engagement of RPO, MSP and modular sales contacts across one or more sectors of recruitment through a programme of proposition development, prospecting and opportunity management. Responsible for supporting the delivery of the HTS sales strategy through identifying, connecting and engaging with prospects within a defined target market to help identify and create RPO, MSP and modular opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of Salesforce CRM as the sales reporting tool and for supporting the delivery of timely, accurate and focused proposals for live client opportunities as required.
