An opportunity has arisen to step into the Credit Assessment team of one of Australia's Big Four Banks in a period of significant growth. This Bank and its Home Loan Division are currently undergoing a sustained period of growth that has resulted in multiple opportunities and we are looking for someone with a strong Credit Assessment background and skill set to step into this challenging and exciting work environment, engaging with a growing broker network.

Working in this high performing big four bank, your duties will consist of performing credit assessments on a variety of Credit and Home Loan applications. Your communication skills are of key importance in this role that will require you maintain strong relationships and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will be working in social and supportive team that prides itself on attention to detail and the speed at which they operate.

The successful applicant will have full working rights in Australia and be able to interview in Melbourne. You will be highly proficient in assessing Home Loans / Mortgages simple through to more complex loans (e.g. Self-Employed, SMSF's and Trusts). It is vital that you also have a current or very recent Designated Lending Authority, DCA or CAD (approval authority / Credit decisioning authority) of $500,000 and above.

Communication skills are a vital element in this area of the business and therefore outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.
