Our client is a Global leading education provider, delivering students education in all ages all over the world. Currently they are seeking for a Student Services Officer based in headquarter office in Shanghai, downtown area.

In the Student Services Officer position, you will be overseeing the Customer Service process and system and be capable to handle and offer best quality of service to both student and parents. This is to include Visa document processing, student registration, inquiry handling, CRM and SOP improvement, cross-continent communication with overseas schools etc.

To be qualified for this position, you will hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years related work experience in customer service delivery for service industry sector. Education work experience is desired but not a must. You are passionate about Education and mainly seeking for stable career development. Fluent English skills with attention to details and great communication skills are required.
