One of the largest Cargo Shipping Company in the world is looking for a General Manager to develop and boost its business in Japan.

Working closely with the President of Asia Pacific Region you will be in charge of running the shipping agencies team in Japan, increase the sales revenue through existing and new business acquisition and leading a team of 17 staff. A candidate with a strong experience in Container Shipping, Liner Operation who can demonstrate strong Leadership across various functions would be preferable.

This position is ideal for an experienced Logistics and Shipping professional with a strong understanding and knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.

You must have 10 years' experience in Shipping or Freight Forwarding Operations at Management level, strong Sales & Marketing background, and excellent Leadership and Communication skills in both English and Japanese.
