JV Accountant

Chelmsford, United Kingdom, GB - Construction

Reporting into the Financial Director you will take responsibility for all Joint Venture accounting.



This will involve:

Preparation of year end statutory packs, corporation tax packs and statutory financial accounts for joint ventures

Reviews monthly management accounts and board papers

Submission of VAT returns

Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast

Management of tax matters of the JV

Joint venture draw downs and recharges



To be successful in this role you need to have experience in a similar role in the construction or property industry. Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with at least intermediate level Excel.
