They currently seek a Business Analyst to work closely with their Senior Project Manager to shape and drive a portfolio of software implementation projects, exceeding client expectation throughout the full software life cycle.



You will produce high-level documentation, describing and explaining the requirements for their products and applications, translating conceptual user requirements into functional system specifications. You will achieve this by creating written requirements, process models, specifications, diagrams and charts, providing direction to developers and the project team.



The projects will include the entire software delivery life cycle - from client process analysis, requirements gathering, through to project delivery to the functional testing, final implementation and post-delivery account management. Together with the Project team you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, to cost and specification.



Your background will cover delivering web based software projects in a client-facing capacity. You will have experience of business analysis and requirements gathering. This is a client facing position so exceptional communication skills are essential - both verbal and written.
