Hays Internal Audit - Insurance are now recruiting for a Senior Internal Audit position on behalf of our client, a Lloyds insurance. This client operates across niche insurance areas and offers the successful candidate huge exposure to a more specialised area of the insurance sector. The audit team works across all areas of the business and acts as the go to team for senior stakeholders.



Acting as the Head of Audit's deputy you will assist in the planning and implementation of the annual audit plan. Through working within Lloyds , the world's premium insurance market, you will develop and progress your career in a diverse, dynamic and challenging area of this sector.



Key responsibilities:



-Developing strong relationships with senior business leaders within the organisation.

-Act as a key decision maker and provide advice and support to stakeholders on various business functions and processes.

-Carry out testing on internal controls and the processes to mitigate risk



Ideal candidate:



-Previous experience working as an Internal Auditor in the insurance sector

-Excellent communication and influencing skills

-Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
