NEW PERMANENT MATERIALS CO-ORDINATOR JOB IN DONCASTER



A leading manufacturing company with offices based near Doncaster are currently looking to recruit a Materials Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.



Reporting to the Senior Buyer you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting materials shortages, deciding on priorities for goods-in, expediting materials and chasing order acknowledgement with suppliers and liaising with the planning team to report on the impact of shortages on the planning schedules. You will also be required to send out purchase orders for the Buyers and undertake ad-hoc administration tasks within the department



The successful candidate will have ideally have similar materials control and purchasing experience gained within a busy manufacturing environment and be able to plan your own schedule and react effectively to a busy and changing daily plan. You will have strong Excel skills with the ability to accurately manage and manipulate large sets of data from the production and materials plan
