Gestionnaire Immobilier - Property Operations Manager, Retail

Hays Property & Real Estate is proud to partner with our Property Management/Owner firm client to recruit for the position of Property Operations Manager in a Retail environment.



Located in West Island of Montreal and reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for managing multiple retail properties and you will have staff management responsibilities as well. In this job you will be responsible for Preventative Maintenance and being proactive and hands on where required. You will participate in cost analysis and the budgeting process too.



This is a very high profile position in a company that is growing so the ability to wear multiple hats is a very big asset towards being considered for this role. You must be fluently bilingual and have at least 5-7+ years of practical and professional experience in the Retail Property Management world in Montreal and be creative in your approach to problem solving. Construction and renovation experience is a big asset. Post secondary education and industry designations are a requirement for this position.
