Senior Engineering Manager



Our client is looking to hire a Senior Engineering Manager, to be based in KSA,

The company are one of the largest companies in Saudi Arabia



You will be required to maintain company asset by implementation of a total preventative Maintenance system that ensures complete operational availability to all departments as and when the business requires. You will comply with agreed standards, budget and provisions as set down by the business.

You will management performance Targets as set by the business, ensuring all Plant and equipment is in an optimal condition at all times and complying with standards and costs. You will ensure there are adequate provision of skills, labour and guidance across all departments so as to meet the business requirements.

You will have a strong understanding of RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and have the potential to lead the implementation of a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)

You will have full responsibility for the Control Overtime within your Departments within the budget. Justification and priorities, Control of Departmental Engineering Repairs and Maintenance Budgets, Approval expenditure up to SR 10K

Experience in Health and Safety, Quality, and Projects works, Training and Recruitment, Budgets and Finance will also be involved in this role and the suitable candidate must be able demonstrate strong understanding in these fields.



You will ideally have 10 years or more experience in the Food & Beverage industry & hold a relevant degree
