Operations Co-Ordinator

My client; a rapidly growing and exciting telecommunications specialist has created a job in their operations team to cover the mobile side of the operations department. Built around leading communications technologies from the world's leading vendors, my client is truly a communications expert and now require an Operations Co-ordinator to join their team,



The role sits within the Operations Department and will primarily function the support and provisioning for mobile customers, along with a need to support Sales and marketing with regards to mobiles and ancillary products and services within the clients portfolio.



As Operations Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with carriers and suppliers to place orders for products and services using various portals, whilst dealing with 1st line customer queries and logging support cases that cannot be diagnosed and resolved on the first call. While providing sales support and producing quotes and comparisons you will also be required to organise marketing such as brochures and newsletters.

Of course fantastic customer service will be required at all times.



To be successful you will demonstrate strong inter-personal skills along with the ability to work under pressure and your own initiative. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of working within a mobile orientated customer service environment and show excellent problem solving skills.
