SAP BW Developer with BW configuration and ABAP technical development experience, knowledgeable in Finance and Sales & Distribution reporting experience is a must. At a minimum 3 life cycle implementation experience. Very good experience in BW ABAP technical development experience, contributed as a lead developer role, experience in managing a big data at a significant size environment is valued. Resource must have a positive and aggressive attitude, high tolerance for fast pace, change and agile. Good verbal and written communication skills; presentation & influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team. Demonstrate technical leadership skills, Strong organization and facilitation skills. There sources should have proven ability to work well with geographically diverse and international teams spanning US, Europe, India and China. Expertise on Enterprise Architecture for Data Warehousing and deep technical knowledge with hands on experience in ABAP development.





Responsibility:



Participates as a member of and leads development teams. Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements. Prepares code stubs for others. Completes code to implement solutions. Designs solutions for others to code. Participates in cross-functional teams. Leads design activities May provide mentoring and guidance to other developers. Designs, prepares and executes Unit tests. Represents team to client/customers. Demonstrates technical leadership, and exerts influence outside of immediate team. Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams. Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g. Database Administration). Performs solution design. Applies HP and 3rd party technologies and leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions. Independently implements end user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity. Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for HP and customers. Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues. Assigns work to others. Technical leadership of assigned project. Provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects. May develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems.





Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:



Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 10 years of related experience or a Master’s degree



Knowledge and Skills Required:



Experienced BW Developer with BW configuration and ABAP technical development experience, knowledgeable in Finance and Sales & Distribution reporting experience is a must. At a minimum 3 life cycle implementation experience and minimum with 5-8 years of professional experience.



Experienced in BW ABAP technical development experience, contributed as a lead developer role, experience in managing a big data at a significant size environment is valued. Resource must have a positive and aggressive attitude, high tolerance for fast pace, change and agile.



Good verbal and written communication skills; presentation & influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team. Demonstrate technical leadership skills, strong organization and facilitation skills.
