Accounts Receivable Specialist

My client, a vendor software developer located in London, Ontario, is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 3-6 month contract – permanent position. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will report directly to the Controller and work as part of a three person team.



The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for the management of vendor accounts, confirming approvals and communicating acceptance of approvals with vendors, sending out invoices, reconciling accounts, posting all cheques and processing bank deposits. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist with month end reports and assist other staff members in the accounting department from time to time.



The successful applicant will have 5 – 7 years of experience and be in possession of an accounting degree or diploma. The successful applicant will have experience working with Syspro, AccPac or any other large ERP system. The successful applicant will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, have strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mind set.



This position is paying $20.00 - $25.00 an hour
