Our client is one of the world's largest luxury groups with business covering jewellery, watches, accessories and fashion.
Due to the increasing business demands, a need for an ER Manager role under CoE team has arisen to assist business managers and business HR in dealing with employee issues and concerns including policy interpretation, investigations and compliance. This role will report to Group HRD directly.
To be success, you will need to design and administer proactive programs, procedures and plans related to employee relations activities, to provide guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues and to investigate formal employee complaints. You will also help to improve ER efficiencies with metric-driven continuous improvement, and ensure that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to minimize exposure to liability.
Ideally, we are looking for an individual who has at least 7+ years' experience focusing on employee relations with strong knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and democratic political processes in China. Excellent interpersonal and executive presence skills are vital for developing and maintaining relationships both inside and outside the organization
