Interim Recruitment Manager

An opportunity to really make an impact on the candidate experience and journey.

This will be offered as a 6 month contract and will head up a recruitment team consisting of a team leader and 10 recruiters.





The key remit of the role will be to arrange, plan and lead all recruitment activities, promoting the organisation to prospective candidates and managing the candidate journey and experience to ensure individuals are fully engaged with the organisation throughout the process.





You'll play a key role in developing successful recruitment and marketing campaigns to attract the right individuals in the first instance. You'll then work on implementing robust recruitment processes, KPIs to ensure the team have appropriate conversion targets they're working towards and working with the organisation to ensure the candidate experience is as positive and engaging as possible.





You'll bring strong all-round recruitment experience either in an in-house role, managing graduate recruitment or managing a team within a recruitment agency environment.
