Group Financial Controller

Leading a large team, this role will have elements of classic financial control, however, a key change, will be to pull together the financial accounting and transactional finance teams, with the business planning and analysis teams, developing a new culture and driving improvements to systems and processes across finance.



Our client is seeking a qualified chartered accountant, with strong technical skills (IFRS), who has led large teams (50+) in a financial services environment and has significant experience of change management.



This is a key and high-profile role for the group and as the business expands and develops, the successful applicant will be ideally placed to create their own internal opportunities.
