Spanish Professionals

• Act as interface between English speaking invoice processing team staff and ,Spanish speaking client / vendor contacts.


• Provide translation of process documents, reports and presentations from Spanish to English (or) English to Spanish as required.


• Ensure adherence to the service level agreement / KPI's


• Interact with client on regular basis; follow client procedures to achieve agreed team goals.


• Responsible for doing Root cause analysis for any issues and should give feedback to responsible parties.

French Professionals

• Provide translation of process documents, reports and presentations from French to English (or) English to French as required.


• Process regular and urgent subcontractor documents


• Process subcontractor balanced scorecard and predefined reporting


• Coordinate with support centers for subcontractor documentation indexing
