Project Manager - SAP SD

We are currently recruiting for SAP SD Project Manager.



The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts in the day to day support of SAP ECC 6.0 SD Modules and related systems.



It involves the management and resolution of production incidents and change requests in accordance with workloads and business priorities.



The current support team is located across multiple sites with the majority being in the UK and Europe. The current business community support is based in sales offices across Europe, the major sites being in Germany, Finland and France. Travel to these locations will be required.



Responsibilities;



- Managing / overseeing the work load of multi-location SD support team members, assigning team resource to incidents and change requests effectively balancing workload and business priority.

- The team lead is also expected to personally action incidents and change requests.

- Working effectively with the business community at all levels and in multiple sites.

- Working with the SAP rollout project teams to ensure ongoing business change requests compliment the Global solution template.

- Work with Budapest office providing forecast of expected workload.

- Ensure that IT change management processes are followed and quality documentation is produced for all development work carried out.

- Ensure that Sarbanes Oxley compliant policies are applied to all applications developed or supported.

- MUST be able to travel as required and have own car
