My client is a huge International Oil and Gas Powerhouse who require a Service Delivery, Application Manager with an ITIL Certification as a matter of urgency to look after the Support function in the West London office.



The role will see the successful candidate responsible for leading the application delivery for a number of key systems in a diverse international portfolio which will adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements, standards and budget for the firm's standard ITIL processes.

You will also work closely with the client facing teams to ensure that applications deliver what is needed by the business on an on-going basis, work closely with internal and external suppliers, in a timely and cost effective manner and manage a diverse team including 1 direct report and on-shore suppliers, providing assurance on warranty for applications.



To be considered, you must have a proven Service Delivery (Application Management) background in managing an Application Support team from within a Financial Services, Insurance or Oil and Gas environment. You must hold an ITIL Certification and possess demonstrable communication skills (written and verbal) with a proven ability to build and maintain key relationships with a range of business and IT staff as well as senior stakeholders.
