PROVIDING RECRUITING SUPPORT ACROSS NORTH ASIA

*APAC Exposure to Japan, Korea and Greater China

Our client is a leading global hard disk manufacturer.



Due to the increasing business demands, a need for a Regional Recruiter has arisen to provide full spectrum of recruiting support for the North Asia region.



To be successful, you will need to manage various recruitment channels, assist in recruitment strategies development, source talents, ensure compliance to corporate policies, optimise the recruitment process and provide advice and guidance to hiring managers, etc.



Ideally, we are looking for an individual who has 8+ years recruiting experience preferably in hardware or manufacture industry. You will be an individual contributor, therefore hands-on recruitment experience is prerequisite. Sufficient APAC exposure is a must for this regional role. Polished interpersonal and communication skills are vital for dealing with staff of all levels and working effectively across the region.
