Senior Finance Manager/ Financial Controller



A growing, property company in Putney are looking to appoint an ACA Accountant, ideally qualified within the Top 4 or Top 6, with experience in the commercial sector.



Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of statutory reporting, delivering management information and forecasts, identifying and managing change projects to deliver business improvements and increased profitability, and managing and training the accounts team.



Experience required

ACA Qualified Accountant, ideally Top 4 or Top 6 firm

Experience in the commercial sector, property clients an advantage

Excellent academics, educated to degree level

Preparation of Statutory accounts, management accounts and forecasts

Working knowledge of Corporation Tax

Demonstrable experience of delivering change

Strong management skills

Experience of SUN would be an advantage

Strong Excel
