An exciting job opportunity chance to join a brand new specialist provider of high end student accommodation, we are looking for an experienced Student Accommodation Property Manager to take over the running of three sites in West London.

This will be role will be highly operational as you will be responsible for the running of the student accommodation responsibilities will include rent collection, updating the company website, marketing of properties to prospective tenants, block inspections, inventory management, tenancy agreements, tenancy renewals and third party contracts, check-in management, management of cleaning rotas.



This is a brand new role, and the three sites are newly redeveloped blocks of studio flats with flat screen TVs and large comfortable beds, en-suite shower rooms, kitchen facilities, cupboards and desks. The company is expanding and this position will effectively have scope to grow into a "head of" position where you will gain increased responsibilities such as recruitment.



The ideal candidate will be a Student Accommodation Property Manager with a minimum of five years' experience within a provider of student accommodation.
