Our client is a global hydraulic system, components and electronic products manufacturer, which commits to provide service to the engineering machine factory including agricultural machinery, construction machinery, road building machinery, material handling machinery, forestry machinery, etc.



As the business is growing exponentially, an opportunity has arisen to set and implement training programs and source strategy for the organizational development. You will play a key role in country level and work closely with HRD and business head in assessing, developing and delivering comprehensive and innovative learning solutions to support business and people development. Meanwhile, you need to build the talent pipeline and mange the channel strategy to ensure the talents recruited fit the culture and meet the organization development needs.



To have a competitive advantage over other applicants, you will ideally have over 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, prefer candidate with Talent Acquisition experience but not a must. On top of the pre-requisites, you need to be strong in business sense, and polished communication skills are vital for effective internal and external communication. As this role involves both training coverage (70%) and training delivery (30%), your sufficient hands-on course delivery experience with dynamic presentation skills will be the key to success.
