Brand Manager

An exciting chance has arisen to join a rapidly expanding global FMCG company as their Brand Manager for a 9-18 month contract. This will be an exciting role with the chance to make your mark within a growing brand whose aim is to become a household name in the UK market. With the financial backing of a global organisation, but with the company being a start-up environment in the UK, this is your chance for you to take full responsibility for the growth and awareness of a relatively new brand to the UK market.



You key responsibilities will include:

Setting the vision and strategic direction for the continued growth of the brand in the UK for the brand personality, product development and packaging.

Develop and deliver the business plan in line with wider business objectives, and ensure that the head office in India are included in the plans.

Develop and build upon relationships with key external and internal stakeholders and partners in order to ensure maximum brand exposure, for example pitching and presenting to supermarkets.

Be able to identify gaps and trends in the market, and act upon them accordingly.



The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the FMCG sector, and experience of having worked within the food category would be highly desirable. This is a fantastic chance for you to gain insight into the challenges that start-ups face, and a chance to contribute towards the growing success of such a brand.
