Senior Consultant Business Development

Canada, CA - Education Management, E-Learning, Professional Training & Coaching

Our client are currently looking for a Senior Consultant in their Toronto office that will drive growth in the Ontario region, specializing in new business development.



ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 A consultative sales professional with 5+ years experience utilizing a complex solution sales methodology selling intangibles

 A strong hunter who is highly motivated to develop new business and open new accounts

 Prior experience selling into the line, VP and “C” Suite level of HR, Learning and Development, Talent Management, etc

 Ability to talk intelligently with an appropriate level of business acumen and literacy at the “C” suite level

 A proven track record of achieving annual quota assignments of $550K+

 Proven ability to close new business as well as manage and cultivate existing client relationships

 Strong relationship building skills both internally and with clients to create long-lasting relationships that foster contract renewals

 An innovative problem-solver; ability to listen to a client’s issue, assess the situation and develop an effective solution, with clarity, that aligns with their needs



REQUIREMENTS:

 A high-initiative and self-motivated with a strong executive presence

 Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal and presentation

 A collaborative, team-player

 Ability to work out of the Toronto office daily

 Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced degree preferred but not essential
