Hays Facilities Management are delighted to be partnered exclusively with a leading national retailer, specialising in the FMCG market. This business prides itself on offering fantastic products, excellent customer service and great value for money.
As part of their commitment to providing an excellent service, they now seek a Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure that all of the properties are well maintained. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you will manage up to 15 maintenance technicians across Yorkshire and the North East that consists of approximately 150 stores. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, you will ensure that your team is well equipped to hit the companies' high standards. Working closely with the Retail Area Managers, you will help to ensure that the organisations premises are running smoothly and efficiently. You will use your people management skills to motivate, coach and develop staff, promoting a positive attitude at all times.
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity with a fantastic client, it is imperative that you have the following experience:
· Exceptional people management skills
· Extensive working history within a retail environment
· A solid understanding of planned and reactive maintenance
· Willing to travel across a large geographical area.
