My client a global top Biotech are currently recruiting for a Feasibility & Patient Recruitment Manager to join their SSU team on an initial 6 month contract.
Global role based within Global Development Operations (GDO) that has internal and external regional and international interactions Responsible for:
Work with key stakeholders in study management and the therapeutic areas to plan the feasibility assessment strategy for individual studies and also understand the future workload for feasibility assessments in order to plan resource needs in feasibility team
Ensure quality and timely communication of all feasibility assessments (status, results & recommendations) to customers and key stakeholders
Oversee delivery of high-quality patient recruitment strategies and tools in accordance with study teams needs
Leading special projects within the department as assigned
Ensuring compliance with applicable Clinical Development Policies, processes and SOPs
Key activities:
Sets project timelines and priorities based on project objectives and ongoing assignments
Coordinate assignments of Global Feasibility and Pt. Recruitment staff
Work with Director and Snr managers on feasibility leadership team to coordinate resources for feasibility assessments
Organize and lead cross-functional meetings including key customers/stakeholders to develop and execute the strategy for the feasibility assessment
Ensure the timing, goals and objectives of the feasibility process are communicated and well understood by all stakeholders
Support the implementation of patient recruitment tactics to facilitate on-time completion of clinical trials as appropriate
Provide regular status updates and communicate/escalate issues stakeholders as appropriate
Ensure timely analysis & delivery of high quality feasibility results stakeholders
Represent Global Study Feasibility & Pt. Recruitment on cross-functional/interdepartmental teams and task forces
Escalation of any resource or training issues which impact on the productivity/effectiveness of the feasibility group
Maintains therapeutic knowledge of key products to ensure appropriate questions are being asked during feasibility
Manage and interact with external vendors that support the Feasibility and Pt. Recruitment group
£320.00 - £335.00 per annum
