Senior Retail Property Manager

Hays Property & Facilities is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management firm client, on a permanent full-time basis. This company has a history of providing a stable and enjoyable work environment for all of their employee's from coast to coast. In this role you will report to the President and you will be responsible for meeting the daily and ongoing challenges of the Retail portfolio in Montreal as well as supervising staff.



As well you will be responsible for maintenance and repairs matters in the portfolio, dealing with outside contractors and 3rd party trades. You work with Leasing to deal with renewals, expiry dates and any other tenant issues. You will have reporting responsibilities on a regular basis as well as reviewing financial and receivable reports. You will visit all properties on a regular basis to ensure that the properties are in the best condition possible.



To be considered for this role you must have at least 10+ years of progressive experience in a Retail/Industrial portfolio as a Property Manager. You must have communication and interpersonal skills and have a very strong sense of Customer Service. You must be able to work independently but also able to delegate tasks effectively
