Senior HR Advisor

Enfield, United Kingdom, GB - Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing

Our client, is a manufacturing company that is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis.



Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be involved in:-



- Employee Relations - disciplinaries, grievances, performance management

- Recruitment and selection at all levels

- Facilitate the management of talent within the business

- Support the business with organisation restructures and contractual change

- Management of the monthly payroll, annual salary review and bonus processes

- Improve levels of performance by working the L&D team

- Development of HR processes

- Line managing 1 HR Officer and 1 HR Administrator



You will need to be CIPD qualified or equivalent with proven experience in a generalist role where you have managed complex ER cases, ideally with experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
