Our client is a fast growing wealth management firm that provides investment management and financial planning to private clients, institutions, trustees and charities. They are recruiting for a Group Pensions Administrator to join their team in the Worcester office. The office is a 5 minute walk from Worcester train station.



The primary role will be to provide technical assistance to one of their lead Adviser's and clients for Group Pension Schemes and Group Protection. The ideal candidate will have experience of providing cradle to grave administration for schemes with 5-150 members. This will include full portfolio management and the ability to liaise confidently with clients and answer any queries.



You will provide support to clients who are currently undergoing auto-enrolment as well as monthly processing, making payments and creating pre-meeting "client packs" for the Adviser. It is essential that you are confident in building relationships with clients and able to deliver on work deadlines.



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working in Group Pensions administration. Professional qualifications such as GR1, IF7, and IF1 are desirable, but experience is more important. Knowledge of the following areas might be an advantage; Group Personal Pensions (GPPs), Group Life Covers (GLAs), Group Income Protections (GIPs) and Corporate Schemes.
