This is an opportunity to secure a contract past the end of the current Financial Year!



With a schedule of work that extends through to September 2014, you will be responsible for the development of Learning and Development (L&D) material, including all the elements around the design, development and delivery of those packages.



From the outset of the project you will undertake a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and tailor an Instructional Design strategy, providing the detail and rationale for the chosen methodology. You will also develop an Implementation Strategy, incorporating a range of delivery methods such as classroom based and eLearning tools.



You will develop all the courseware, including Student, Facilitator and Assessor guides, as well as the assessment instruments and benchmarking tools.



You will have demonstrated, recent experience in a similar role, Cert IV in Training, Assessment and Education, strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills, and experience using Articulate Storyline.
