Now is an exciting time to join a global medical company as part of the friendly Customer Service team at its order processing centre in Frenchs Forest.
Taking an active part in ensuring medical products are urgently and accurately delivered to patients in need across Australia, whilst delivering a seamless customer experience, you will be tasked with addressing general enquiries, order processing through SAP, order tracking and deliveries, invoicing, filing and records.
You will have at least 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry and a good working knowledge of computer systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office programs. With strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to handle pressure under pressing deadlines, you will take a professional approach to your work and have a friendly disposition.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. Salary is $50-55K plus super depending on experience.
