This global leading IT Service Company with offices covering 40+ countries worldwide is expanding their business in China. To continue with their success of the business, they are seeking a China Project and Service Manager in China Beijing.
In this challenging role, you will be responsible to manage service agent or partners to provide high quality field service support to customers in China; You will be responsible to deliver quality project management for company supplied products and projects, liaison with global or regional project and service managers in supporting company global customers on project and service matters; You will also responsible to provide a high quality reports to the company regional head of service, to ensure that all sales opportunities in the location are fully evaluated and signed off from a services perspective according to set guidelines.
As the successful candidate, you should at least 5 years field services technical support (tier 2) and project management, in the dealing room environment; Ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners from varied cultural backgrounds; Experience of leading and delivering projects and services, requiring management of timeframes, financials, resources ( including third party suppliers), and project and service deliverables. Ability to have the robust/difficult conversations with customers, third party suppliers and stakeholders; Highly competent spoken and written Mandarin and English.
