My client is a successful and progressive commercial business that has a head office based in central Essex. They are looking to appoint a resourcing specialist who has solid in-house resourcing experience.



Key responsibilities:



To deliver a high quality and consistent recruitment experience that supports and enables Managers to make quality hiring decisions, resulting in an exceptional positive candidate experience. Accountable for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle ensuring talented people are recruited for the right positions at the right time.



Key Accountabilities

Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers providing expert advice to Managers on recruitment processes and assessment tools including the adoption of appropriate psychometrics and other validated assessment tools.

Candidate Sourcing - Manage the hiring process from sourcing through to offer, providing high quality candidates using a full range of direct and in-direct sourcing channels, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and best practice.

Candidate Management - Own the relationship with all candidates, guiding them through the full recruitment life cycle from initial screening to offer, start and rejection, delivering a high quality, consistent and positive candidate experience.

Counsel - Candidate communication of benefits, salary and the business environment.Talent Pooling - Create and maintain pools of talent for high turnover/tough to fill roles to meet future business requirements working with Business Leaders to develop a strong pipeline of talent.

Quality of Hires - Ensure robust assessment tools are incorporated into all recruitment processes to validate and support the decision making process. Utilise psychometric testing and provide quality feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Supplier Management - Build and maintain existing supplier relationships, identifying new suppliers with a UK wide network and specialism, negotiating favourable rates including attractive rebate periods. Reporting and Analysis - Provide regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, utilising web performance metrics to identify and monitor trends, measuring and evaluating effectiveness and achieving performance against key metrics. Career Centre - Manage the careers website, continuously improving it so that it is easy to navigate, informative and more interactive. Risk Assessment - Working pro-actively with functional heads, directors and managers to identify at risk roles, in order to work behind the scenes to identify potential candidates and minimise the amount of time between a leaver and joiner.Budget Management - To be accountable for recruitment costs, to look at ways of reducing costs through streamlining of processes, negotiating preferential rates and to report, analyse and control costs.



Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

· At least three to five years of proven recruiting experience· Proven ability to source candidates through multi channels· Strong stakeholder management skills - internal and external customer focus· Experienced (qualified) in the interpretation of psychometric testing· High energy, proactive attitude and problem solving ability· Excellent communication skills· Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail· Strong commercial awareness with experience of budget responsibility and negotiating with third party suppliers.· Influence & persuade internal and external contacts, to make decisions quickly and create more urgency· Experience with evolving, improving and using the latest candidate tracking systems and technology· Forward thinking - by identifying new efficient ways and introducing new thinking and processes to recruitment
