• Should have 4-6 years of experience in Production and Pre-Production CA Siteminder support



• Strong knowledge in Siteminder Architecture, Policy server configuration, configuration of Realms, Responses, Domains and Authentication schemes



• Strong knowledge in Deployment of Protected Realms and Configuration of Unprotected Realms in different domains



• Should have Production support experience in troubleshooting Siteminder related authentication and authorization issues by analyzing the Web Agent and policy server logs, different WebServers and the configuration of Web Agents, Apache in File Configuration, Start/Stop of applications, URL mapping and troubleshooting Apache Logs, Reverse proxy configuration and Unix environment



• Need to have Basic knowledge on Java, IPlanet, IIS, LDAP, WebSphere, Testing of firewall ports



• Knowledge on ITIL is required, ITIL certification would be an advantage



Should have strong customer communication skills and be an excellent team player
