Head - Product & Program Management, APJ Supplies

Singapore, SG - Computer Hardware

• Manage P&L & Deliver on Balanced Scorecard - Rev, Margin, Market Share & Growth


• Lead the team of Product & Program Managers to develop and drive APJ Supplies Strategy to accelerate revenue and margin growth and build industry leading franchise


• Work with the team to design & develop a fully integrated APJ Supplies plan focusing on innovations around Portfolio, Programs and Go to market


• Lead engagement with Business Development Managers, Country Category Teams, Regional route to market teams, Finance, Supply chain and Marketing.


• Drive Key Strategic Priorities into actions - Coverage, Portfolio Optimization, Anti Counterfeit, Online Strategy, etc.


• Lead quarterly planning, review forums with GBU/region/country management


• Drive Operational Excellence - Contra Efficiency, Margin Optimization, Owned & Channel Inventory Management, Robust Driver Model Analytics


• Lead the team and work with the WW & other stakeholders to put together mid-long term growth plan - encompassing business model changes, coverage, marketing & programs transformation, influencing usage, etc.


• Build a motivated & best in the class product and program management team. Drive Employee Engagement & Focus on Talent Retention and Development
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing with at least 15+ years of working experience in a sales and marketing environment with a proven & established track record


• Demonstrates drive, confidence and ability to influence and persuade at all levels


• Teamwork and interpersonal skills to work across different category and functional groups
