· Ready to work in UK Shift (2:30PM IST – 10:30 PM IST)



· Hands on Intellimatch Desktop/Web (Knowledge of 9.1 would be preferable)



· Knowledge of SQL Server in terms of writing queries and debugging any issues



· Knowledge of VB Script



· Good communication skills, talking clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help in resolving issues (Incident Management)



· Knowledge of reconciliations/business to troubleshooting Intellimatch data/configuration issues
