This leading Property Organisation is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join the Finance team on a 6 month contract. There is also an opportunity for this role to become a permanent role in January 2015.



This private property developer, with a fantastic reputation, is expanding their business and is seeking hands on Business Analyst to add value and focus on adhoc streamlining.



Starting immediately, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in process design, financial modelling and assist in risk management on portfolios and valuations.



Ideally you will have exposure to investment banking or either had exposure to property and asset management in your career.
