My client Onehunga based is looking for a Commercially minded Finance Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. Whilst this is a Finance Manager role it is not for the faint hearted. This role will also encompass 2IC to FC and 2IC to GM for the business unit.



This business is accustomed to dealing with continuous change and massive growth. The ideal candidate will be CA qualified, commercially and strategically focused with the ability to remain calm throughout a month end or forecast peak.



The KPI's for this role will be built around the areas of unqualified external audits, compliance to banking covenants, compliance with IRD & IFRS requirements, timely and accurate monthly financial board reporting, clean internal audits and wider business strategy and growth facilitation. This role will report to the Group FC and will partner with the GM of this business unit, the successful candidate will understand the importance of big picture thinking, strategy and will have a commercial mindset.



The successful candidate will have operated in a Commercial Finance Manager position before within a high performing organisation where fast pace and change are the norm.
