As a Senior, you will report to the managers and the Directors whilst having mentoring responsibilities over junior team members such as the intermediates and graduates. There is a strong emphasis of taking ownership over your own clients and this is a firm that is about adding value through business consultation and gaining an excellent understanding of each clients needs. In addition to the preparation of financial statements, tax returns and other compliance there is also exposure to project work and other more interesting areas of advisory.
To be considered for the role you should be CA qualified and have strong experience to a Senior level with reputable New Zealand Professional Practice firms. The ability to service a solid portfolio of clients is essential as is the ability to communicate at the highest levels of advisory. A strong local Tax knowledge is beneficial as is proven earning potential.
