This Sydney based government organisation is currently recruiting a unique IR focused role that is based in the Sutherland Shire. The role will commence initially as a 12 month contract.



The foundation of the successful candidates experience will be in Generalist HR however it is critical that they have extensive experience in handling Industrial Relations matters. Experience in Union Negotiation and Management, the Modernisation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements are essential requirements of this position. Further experience in Salary Review and Remuneration, Development of Competency Frameworks and Recruitment & Succession Planning would all be viewed very favourably.
