A highly successful company that has prospered among the IT industry is seeking an experience Senior Recruiting Manager to help them drive their business to the next level. This company is US based and they have clearly cemented their dominance in their market.
Reporting to the China Recruiting Head, this pivotal will set and execute all the experience hiring and campus recruitment strategies for the business, ultimately meet the growing requirement of China project team. Due to the boosting business recruitment need, you should also lead the staffing projects, recruitment technical training programs. And you will need to develop a blended HR other functions' intervention, which includes employees' capabilities and engagement, talent pipeline and assessment systems. You can also demonstrate your excellent leadership skill to lead 2 subordinates.
To be qualified, you should have operated in a recruiting team leader role, with at least 7 years good track record. Ultimately your ability to implement and execute a strategy by engaging all stake holders will be your key to success.
