Global Property Business with a highly established client portfolio worldwide, is currently recruiting for an experienced and talented Internal Recruiter. This is a senior and pivitol appointment on a 12 month FTC. Working in their Sydney operations, this pivotal position is part of a global network of internal recruiters, sourcing high calibre professionals to service a wide range of high profile clients.



Due to internal movements, this is a 12 month FTC job opportunity focusing on talent acquisition from high volume temporary workers through to key senior and executive appointments with corporate serviced, property services, operations, facilities; consultancy and many others. With a 360 remit, this position covers all areas of internal recruitment from the screening and shortlisting of candidates through to job offers, onboarding. Another key focus is stakeholder management and building strong working relationships with all internal business units, senior management, an external suppliers across Sydney and Australia.



The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in talent acquisition or internal recruitment. They will have worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner or a Senior Internal Recruiter and have a track record of high level successes and be a confident communicator at all levels. Must have a versatile and flexible attitude towards stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of the property, facilities or professional services industries.
