This organization has made a mark in the automotive sector for providing premium products and services for the most well known vehicle brands in the world. With expansion plans in order, they are currently seeking to hire a Internal Communications and Customer Experience Officer in Singapore.
As the Internal Communications and Customer Experience Officer your main responsibility will be to look after all the aspects of the various internal communications functions. This involves spearheading employee recognition programs across various platforms such as newsletters, internal website as well as awards and events. You will be the key representative at company events and look after the quality and efficacy of communications and outreach programs.
In order to qualify for this role, you must have at least 2 years of relevant communications experience. You are confident of your communication ability. Writing is a significant part of this role, hence you must be able to write effectively for different audiences. You are well presented and posses a positive service attitude.
