Our client is seeking an experienced customer service specialist to join a busy inbound call centre. They are currently seeking an experienced customer service profession to join it's building services team in an ongoing contract.



Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, the overall responsibility of this role is to handle initial inbound calls from customers relating to customer care issues.



Day to day will see you handing incoming calls from the general public relating to job services, ensuring all inbound and outbound contact with customers is handled efficiently and promptly.



This is an exceptional opportunity for a friendly, organised and motivated candidate who is looking for a customer service focused role within a government organisation.. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service position within a call centre and/or government organisation.
